CANCELLATION POLICY
Sacred Time, Reserved Just for You Each session at Mystic Spa is a sacred, intentional space created with your peace, care, and renewal in mind. When you book an appointment, that time is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you — a moment no one else can claim. To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your service and ensures your time is fully protected. Appointments must be confirmed and the deposit paid within 24 hours of booking, or the appointment will be automatically canceled. All services requiring a deposit are non-refundable, regardless of when a cancellation occurs. If an appointment is canceled at any time, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future booking. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, as this allows Mystic Spa the best opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest in need. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within the 72-hour window are subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price, including the non-refundable deposit. To be considered timely, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made before the spa closes. For example, if you need to cancel or reschedule a Saturday appointment, notice must be provided no later than closing time on Wednesday. Any change made after this time will be considered late. As a solo scalp care specialist and small business owner, these policies help honor the time, preparation, and energy poured into each session while keeping the schedule flowing smoothly for all guests.
