CANCELLATION POLICY

Sacred Time, Just for You Every session at Mystic Spa is a special, sacred space created with your peace and renewal in mind. When you reserve your time, it’s set aside entirely for you — a moment no one else can claim. If you find yourself needing to shift your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so this time may be offered to another soul in need. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If no notice is given and the appointment is missed, the full 100% of the service fee will be charged. As a solo scalp care specialist and small business owner, these policies help keep the schedule flowing smoothly and ensure each guest receives the attention they deserve.
